As we head into cold, flu and COVID season, we are currently experiencing a temporary reduction in the number of available acute visit appointments because one of our clinicians is out on maternity leave until November. This may result in longer wait times or limited appointment availability for urgent, non-emergent concerns. If an acute appointment is not available and your concern is not an emergency, we encourage you to consider visiting a local urgent care center for evaluation. For true medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Our team is working to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity of care during this period We appreciate your understanding and patience as we support our clinician during this important time. Mountain View Family Practice, PC was established March 1, 2010 by Dr. Gretchen Kelley and Dr. Kelly Hoisington to promote the health and well-being of the Templeton and Greater Gardner Massachusetts area by providing accessible, high-quality medical care for families. In April 2024, Dr. Hoisington retired after over twenty years of serving the community.
Mountain View Family Practice, PC employs Nurse Practitioners and a Physician Assistant who provide primary care and acute care to pediatric, adolescent and adult patients. They are able to diagnose and manage acute episodic and chronic illnesses, while emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. Our Nurse Practitioners, Kelly Clow, FNP-BC, Alison Hietala, FNP-C and Physician Assistant, Sarah Gile, PA-C, work in collaboration with Dr. Kelley to assess, diagnose, treat and manage the patient’s health problems and needs.
